Rubber Sheet with Insertion

All uni-seals rubber sheets can be manufactured with insertion of cloth, stainless steel mesh, copper wire mesh, etc. The inserted rubber sheets are designed to add stability where mechanical fastening is necessary, and to reduce gasket creep where heavy flange loading is required.

GS5100C NR rubber sheet with cloth insertion

The sheets are with middle pressure resistance, strong tensile strength and small distortion. They could be applied to punch rings and seals, make light conveying straps, and so on.

GS5100C is normally with one layer of cloth insertion. On special requirement, multiple layers of cloth insertion are also available, at a higher cost consequently.

GS5100M NR rubber sheet with metal wire mesh insertion

The insertion could be stainless steel mesh, copper wire mesh, etc. The density and diameter of the metal wire could be specified by the customers.
