PTFE Packing

PTFE has characteristics of excellent corrosion resistance, good self-lubrication and non-sticking. However, it is also a substance with low heat conductivity, cold flow and a large thermal expansion coefficient.

PA4000 Pure PTFE packing

The soft packing is braided from PTFE yarns which are twisted from pure PTFE film strips, without any additional lubricant. Mainly used for static sealing applications.

PA4000L Pure PTFE packing with lube oil

Braided from PTFE yarns which are treated with special lubrication. Suitable for both dynamic and static sealing applications.

Applications:

They are universal packings applicable for most mediums. Suitable for low-pressure valve and low shaft speed applications, and where there are high requirements of purity and good corrosion resistance for the packings, such as food industries, pharmaceutical factories, paper mills, chemical fiber plants, etc.
