BS9050 Bonded seal

The bonded seal comprises a metal washer and an elastomeric ring bonded inside the diameter. The metal washer prevents over-compression and limits deformation of the elastomeric ring. It is primarily used in high-pressure environments where copper washers are unsuitable.

Different materials for the washer and the rubbers are available.
